The business focuses on distribution and after-sales support of diesel engines, power generation systems (genset), marine propulsion systems, and industrial mobility solutions, serving B2B clients in mining, marine, construction, and infrastructure sectors across Indonesia—especially East Java. The organization acts as a local operational arm supporting market expansion, customer engagement, and supply chain execution for heavy-duty industrial equipment.

Job Role

HR & GA Specialist responsible for end-to-end human resources and general affairs operations, directly reporting to the Director. The role covers HR administration, recruitment, payroll, industrial relations, legal compliance, and office/warehouse facility management. This position also ensures smooth daily operations by managing vendors, assets, licensing, and office support functions in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll
  • Manage employee contracts and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Support industrial relations and labor law compliance
  • Oversee general affairs: office and warehouse maintenance (utilities, facilities)
  • Manage vendors for supplies, services, and maintenance
  • Handle company permits, licenses, and administrative legal documentation
  • Maintain asset records and office equipment tracking

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years HR & GA experience (HR admin, payroll, recruitment, vendor & asset management)
  • Exposure to machinery, heavy equipment, or industrial sector preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Experience handling BPJS and payroll calculations
  • Strong GA and vendor coordination experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Professional English or Mandarin communication skills
