Job Role

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving business growth through proactive client acquisition, relationship management, and project-based solution selling within the construction and engineering sector. This role requires a highly proactive individual capable of identifying new business opportunities, conducting project assessments, and developing strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal operational teams to understand project requirements, propose suitable solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company’s project and customer portfolio.
  • Conduct on-site visits, project surveys, and client needs analysis to understand technical and commercial requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Promote construction, fit-out, and engineering service solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operational teams during project discussions and proposal preparation.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and utilize CRM or reporting systems effectively.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within construction companies or related engineering services.
  • Strong understanding of construction projects, fit-out works, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
  • Skilled in direct selling, account management, negotiation, communication, and presentation.
  • Strong customer relationship management and business networking capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM or sales management systems.
  • Proactive, independent, and target-oriented personality.
  • Willing to travel frequently for client visits and project meetings.
  • Must possess valid SIM A and SIM C driving licenses.
  • Willing to cover operational areas including Jabodetabek, Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang, Serang, Cilegon, and surrounding regions.
