Job Role

The Senior Sales Executive – Factory Clients is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with manufacturing customers. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with factory clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value-based technical solutions that support customers' manufacturing and sourcing requirements.Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will manage the complete sales cycle, including territory development, customer acquisition, technical consultation, commercial negotiations, and long-term account management while achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new manufacturing customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with factory clients, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products and material solutions.
  • Prepare product presentations, conduct technical discussions, arrange product sampling, and provide application support to customers.
  • Perform market mapping, prospecting activities, and account development to expand business opportunities.
  • Lead pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, quotation preparation, and supply agreement execution.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer demand, market trends, and competitive activities to support business growth.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment, quality compliance, production planning, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer reports, and account development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational excellence practices during customer visits and daily activities.


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Management within manufacturing industries.
  • At least 2 years of experience selling trims, garment accessories, labels, packaging materials, or other manufacturing-related products.
  • Proven experience managing factory customers and developing long-term business partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of territory planning, account development, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
  • Experience conducting commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract discussions.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to manage pricing calculations, margins, and sales forecasts.
  • Excellent presentation, proposal writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin for communication with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
