Job Role
Senior Recruiter (Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist) responsible for end-to-end recruitment strategy, talent pipeline development, and strategic hiring execution. The role functions as a business partner to HR leadership, focusing on improving recruitment systems, building talent pipelines, and ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced consumer electronics environment. This position also leads psychological assessment processes and provides data-driven hiring recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with manpower planning
- Lead end-to-end hiring process for staff to supervisor-level roles
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and candidate databases
- Conduct sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments (DISC, IST, CFIT, etc.)
- Provide hiring recommendations based on behavioral and competency analysis
- Produce recruitment reports and improve hiring KPIs through data analysis
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Continuously improve recruitment tools, systems, and processes
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (mandatory)
- 3–5 years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Headhunting
- Experience in consumer electronics or fast-moving retail industry preferred
- Strong background in high-volume and strategic recruitment
- Skilled in psychological testing and behavioral interview methods
- Proficient in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of competency-based hiring (STAR method)
- Fluent English for business communication
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
