Job Role

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations covering demand fulfillment, ordering, logistics coordination, inventory management, distribution, and project delivery for large-scale ICT projects. Acting as a strategic supply chain leader, this role coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of high-volume operations while proactively managing supply risks, optimizing fulfillment strategies, and maintaining operational continuity throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain management activities, including demand planning, ordering, fulfillment, logistics coordination, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Design and manage supply chain fulfillment strategies that support large-scale customer projects during bidding, implementation, and delivery phases.
  • Coordinate closely with internal operations, procurement, logistics, planning, finance, sales, and project management teams to ensure aligned execution across the supply chain.
  • Oversee high-volume order fulfillment and inventory movements while ensuring operational accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Monitor supply capacity, production lead times, logistics performance, and project delivery milestones to identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
  • Manage business continuity planning (BCM), import and customs issues, logistics bottlenecks, and fulfillment challenges to minimize operational disruption.
  • Analyze supply chain performance, customer satisfaction metrics, operational costs, and fulfillment efficiency to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Prepare operational reports, supply chain analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior management and regional stakeholders.


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading large-scale project supply management, project delivery, or end-to-end fulfillment operations in a managerial or strategic capacity.
  • Strong experience within the ICT, telecommunications, technology, logistics, or large multinational supply chain industries.
  • Experience working in a tier-one multinational organization with exposure to high-volume supply chain operations and complex international logistics environments.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, order management, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, and international trade.
  • Good understanding of project supply management, business continuity planning (BCM), import and customs processes, logistics cost optimization, and risk management.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly resilient, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced and highly demanding business environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred due to regular collaboration with regional teams, suppliers, and global headquarters.
