Job Role
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving enterprise-level digital advertising and media sales growth across the Philippines market. Acting as a strategic hunter and relationship builder, this role focuses on developing high-value partnerships with media agencies, direct advertisers, fintech platforms, mobility companies, OTA businesses, and telecommunication brands. The position requires a commercially driven professional with strong expertise in digital advertising ecosystems, enterprise sales strategy, and complex commercial negotiations within a fast-paced multinational technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise advertisers, media agencies, and strategic business partners.
- Develop outbound sales strategies based on industry verticals and local market opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, media buyers, and brand decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver data-driven commercial proposals, advertising pitches, and strategic presentations.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization processes.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to develop customized advertising and monetization solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and digital advertising developments within the Philippines and Southeast Asia region.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM reporting activities.
- Achieve individual sales targets, revenue growth objectives, and strategic account expansion goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, including at least 5 years within Ads Sales, Media Sales, Digital Advertising, or Enterprise Technology Solutions.
- Proven experience handling enterprise accounts and developing strategic partnerships within the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of mobile advertising, media buying, programmatic advertising, user acquisition, and digital monetization models.
- Experience handling clients within industries such as fintech, ride-hailing, OTA, telecommunications, or digital platforms is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
- Strong commercial negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Highly analytical with strong business acumen and strategic sales thinking.
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced multinational environment.
- Full professional fluency in English is required.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Manila.
