Job Role
Section Leader for Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) sales, responsible for leading a mid-sized sales team while personally managing key 3PL/contract logistics accounts. The role acts as a player-coach to drive sales performance, structure sales execution, and ensure alignment between field execution and management strategy. Strong involvement in customer site visits, solution design, and deal closure is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead W&D sales team to achieve monthly & annual targets
- Build and manage structured sales plans, pipeline reports, and forecasting
- Handle key 3PL/contract logistics accounts directly
- Conduct customer visits and project site evaluations
- Coach and monitor team performance and achievement tracking
- Support solution design for warehouse & distribution projects
- Ensure sales activities align with company KPIs and compliance standards
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in B2B Sales (3PL / Warehouse & Distribution / Logistics)
- Experience in freight forwarding or integrated logistics industry
- Proven team leadership or supervisory experience (Section Leader / SPV level)
- Strong knowledge of W&D, contract logistics, and supply chain operations
- Skilled in sales planning, reporting, and KPI tracking
- Experience handling customer site visits and solution-based selling
- Fluent in English (business communication)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills
