As part of its continued retail growth, the company is seeking an experienced retail leader to manage one of its luxury fashion boutiques in South Jakarta. The business is looking for a commercially driven and service-oriented professional capable of maintaining luxury retail standards while driving strong store performance and customer loyalty.

Job Role:
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading overall boutique operations, driving sales performance, managing the store team, and ensuring premium customer experiences aligned with luxury retail standards. This role focuses on achieving commercial targets, strengthening customer relationships through clienteling strategies, and maintaining operational excellence within a high-end fashion retail environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced luxury retail professional with strong exposure to premium fashion or luxury bag brands, capable of leading teams, managing store KPIs, and delivering exceptional service to upscale customers in premium mall locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily boutique operations and ensure excellent luxury customer service standards.
  • Drive store sales performance and achieve KPIs including Sales Turnover, ATV, UPT, AUR, and customer retention.
  • Build strong customer relationships through luxury clienteling strategies.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop store staff to achieve sales and service excellence.
  • Manage staff scheduling, recruitment support, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock management, and after-sales service quality.
  • Coordinate store reporting and operational matters with head office teams.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail management, particularly within luxury fashion, handbags, or accessories brands.
  • Strong experience in sales management, customer engagement, and retail operations.
  • Familiarity with luxury retail KPIs and clienteling strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance, detail-oriented mindset, and strong customer-service orientation.
  • Basic English communication skills.
