Job Role:
The Senior Delivery Engineer is responsible for leading the end-to-end technical delivery and solution implementation of Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, and enterprise network technologies for major ISP and enterprise customers. This role focuses on technical architecture, solution delivery, risk management, and complex issue resolution while ensuring seamless integration between last-mile connectivity, backbone infrastructure, and software-defined networking technologies to support high-performance and scalable enterprise network environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical communication, solution delivery, and coordination with key ISP and enterprise accounts including major customer groups.
- Design and manage technical solution architectures for FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Firewall, and enterprise network infrastructure projects.
- Conduct technical solution reviews and proactively identify delivery risks, operational gaps, and customer pain points.
- Coordinate with product engineers and cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex technical and operational issues.
- Support end-to-end project implementation, integration, testing, optimization, and service delivery activities.
- Ensure high-performance integration between wireless access technologies and backbone network infrastructures.
- Manage technologies related to MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, NCE-x, SDN, and advanced enterprise networking environments.
- Utilize proactive network monitoring and technical analysis to improve customer satisfaction and identify service enhancement opportunities.
- Support customer engagement activities including technical presentations, troubleshooting, solution reviews, and post-sales technical advisory.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, delivery, and service teams to ensure project success and operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Delivery, Network Engineering, or technical implementation roles within ICT, telecommunications, or ISP industries.
- Strong hands-on experience with FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Firewall, and enterprise networking technologies.
- Strong understanding of backbone network infrastructure and software-defined networking architectures.
- Professional proficiency in networking technologies including MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, and NCE-x.
- Proven capability in designing and delivering complex enterprise or ISP network solutions and high-impact technical projects.
- High-level professional certifications such as HCIE or CCIE are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting capability, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading technical coordination activities and working with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate effectively under pressure in fast-paced technical environments.
- Experience managing or mentoring technical teams is a strong advantage.
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Mandarin proficiency is a preferred advantage.
