Job Role

The Integrated Planning Specialist is responsible for coordinating integrated business planning activities across demand planning, supply planning, procurement alignment, and cross-border supply chain coordination. Working closely with global headquarters, suppliers, and local business teams, this role ensures production readiness, material availability, and accurate planning execution immediately after customer purchase orders are confirmed. The position plays a critical role in supporting end-to-end supply chain performance through data-driven planning, forecast analysis, and close coordination with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate integrated planning activities immediately after customer purchase orders are confirmed.
  • Coordinate closely with overseas suppliers and global headquarters to align production schedules, material planning, and supply availability.
  • Execute Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes across demand forecasts, inventory, procurement, and production planning.
  • Manage product version transitions, supply constraints, and production cutover planning to minimize operational risks.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory levels, procurement performance, and supply chain planning metrics using ERP systems and analytical tools.
  • Analyze planning data to identify potential supply chain risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and regional planning teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
  • Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and business analyses to support operational and management decision-making.


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from a reputable Indonesian or overseas university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement planning, production planning, logistics planning, or supply chain operations within the ICT, telecommunications, technology, electronics, manufacturing, or logistics industries.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Supply Chain Specialist, Planning Specialist, Operations Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), procurement processes, manufacturing planning, logistics coordination, and inventory management.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with knowledge of statistical analysis, demand forecasting, planning metrics, and supply chain data management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across regional and global teams.
  • Highly resilient, adaptable, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the flexibility to support critical business activities outside regular working hours when required.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory due to frequent communication with overseas suppliers and global headquarters.
