The business aims to strengthen its position as a key supplier of plastic raw materials and engineering resins for the rapidly expanding Chinese industrial ecosystem across automotive, electronics, packaging, and high-tech manufacturing sectors.
Job Role:
The Marketing Executive will play a critical role in expanding the company’s Chinese corporate client portfolio by acting as the main bridge between Chinese customers and Japanese management. This role focuses on B2B sales, market expansion, client relationship management, and cross-cultural coordination while supporting the company’s transition from a traditionally Japanese-focused business into a stronger supplier for Chinese manufacturing companies in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new Chinese manufacturing clients across Indonesia.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with Chinese corporate customers, including after-sales support.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends among Chinese investors and manufacturers.
- Act as the primary liaison between Chinese clients and Japanese management teams.
- Handle quotations, negotiations, contract discussions, and delivery coordination.
- Promote and sell plastic raw materials and engineering resin products for industrial applications.
- Build strong relationships with procurement, operational, and technical stakeholders within client companies.
- Support reporting, sales analysis, and market expansion initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within manufacturing or trading companies.
- Experience selling B2B products to Chinese enterprises or handling similar industrial products.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, commercial negotiation, and client acquisition.
- Familiarity with trading operations, import/export, and raw material distribution processes.
- Basic understanding of plastic resin materials such as PP, PE, PA, or POM is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, or CRM tools.
- Business-level Mandarin proficiency (HSK 4 or HSK 5 preferred).
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Strong hunter mentality, communication skills, analytical mindset, and professional maturity.
- Must own a car and driving license for client visits.
