Job Role:

The Partner Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and development of Huawei's cloud ecosystem across Indonesia by building strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and other cloud ecosystem players. This role focuses on partner acquisition, ecosystem expansion, go-to-market collaboration, and cloud business growth while supporting Huawei's long-term cloud strategy, industry solution development, and market penetration initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand Huawei's cloud ecosystem through strategic partnerships with consulting firms, cloud service providers, SIs, ISVs, MSPs, and channel partners.
  • Build and execute partner business development strategies aligned with Huawei Cloud's commercial objectives and market expansion plans.
  • Analyze market trends, ecosystem opportunities, and partner capabilities to strengthen Huawei's cloud market position.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle including onboarding, enablement, relationship management, performance evaluation, and business growth planning.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with strategic cloud ecosystem partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-develop industry-specific cloud solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead joint go-to-market (GTM) activities, cloud marketplace initiatives, and collaborative business engagements with ecosystem partners.
  • Support partner capability development through technical enablement programs, training initiatives, and certification programs.
  • Drive customer retention, ecosystem engagement, and cloud business performance through strategic operational support and ecosystem management.
  • Provide market insights, business forecasts, and ecosystem analysis to support Huawei Cloud's long-term growth strategy.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development, Partner Management, or Ecosystem Development roles within cloud or ICT industries.
  • Strong experience in cloud products and services including SaaS, PaaS, public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing ecosystems and major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Huawei Cloud.
  • Established and active network with high-tier cloud ecosystem partners in Indonesia including System Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Proven capability engaging C-level executives and key decision-makers within Indonesia's cloud and enterprise technology ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of cloud products, IT infrastructure, channel management, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong industry insights across sectors such as finance, logistics, government, gaming, manufacturing, or enterprise services.
  • Excellent business development, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management capability.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability and commercial awareness.
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
