Job Role
The School Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of academic and operational activities within the assigned school unit. This role acts as the bridge between school management and teachers, ensuring that educational programs, schedules, and school initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently.
The position also plays an important role in supervising teachers, maintaining operational discipline, facilitating coordination across departments, and supporting overall school performance through structured planning and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily academic and operational activities within the assigned school unit.
- Translate school management directives into practical implementation plans.
- Organize teaching schedules, academic calendars, and school activity timelines.
- Monitor classroom implementation and ensure adherence to teaching standards and school policies.
- Identify and coordinate learning resources, teaching tools, and operational support needs.
- Collect and evaluate performance data related to students and teaching staff.
- Prepare operational and academic progress reports for management review.
- Lead teacher coordination meetings and encourage collaboration across teams.
- Act as the communication bridge between management and teaching staff.
- Mediate operational issues and support conflict resolution within the school environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Education or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in school coordination, academic operations, or educational leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of school operational management and academic coordination.
- Good planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
- Ability to lead through coaching, communication, and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in computer and administrative tools.
