Job Role
The Spare Part Coordinator is responsible for overseeing warehouse and inventory operations for a high-volume sparepart environment containing more than 3,000 SKUs. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional capable of managing inbound and outbound processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring warehouse activities through digital systems, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and timely sparepart availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse inbound and outbound activities to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain high stock accuracy across more than 3,000 SKUs.
- Conduct regular stock audits, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel to track inventory movement and operational performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding sparepart requests, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare structured inventory and warehouse performance reports, including stock aging and inventory analysis.
- Ensure warehouse organization, documentation accuracy, and compliance with operational procedures.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and provide proactive solutions to improve warehouse productivity and inventory control.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or sparepart coordination within logistics, manufacturing, automotive, or related industries.
- Proven experience handling high-volume sparepart inventories with 3,000+ SKUs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, and warehouse documentation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data processing, and inventory analysis.
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or digital inventory systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage warehouse operations independently with high ownership.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English or Mandarin is preferred.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in North Jakarta.
