Our client is a fast-growing FMCG packaged-beverage company specializing in premium bottled drinking water products, including gallon water, glass bottles, and aluminum cans. Operating under a regional group with sustainability-focused operations, the company combines manufacturing, distribution, and commercial sales activities to serve retail, HORECA, lifestyle venues, and residential customers across Bali and Indonesia.
As the business continues expanding its operations and workforce, the company is strengthening its internal organization to improve operational discipline, employee performance, and workforce stability. They are currently seeking a hands-on HR leader to support plant operations, commercial teams, and organizational development initiatives.
Job Role:
The HRGA Manager will lead end-to-end Human Resources and General Affairs functions, focusing on workforce stability, employee performance, recruitment, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, and operational HR systems. The role also oversees general affairs administration and acts as a strategic HR partner to management in supporting operational excellence across manufacturing and commercial functions.
The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with strong exposure to FMCG or retail workforce environments, capable of building HR discipline, reducing turnover, handling labor compliance, and implementing performance-driven people management systems in a fast-growing operational business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Improve workforce discipline, retention, and employee engagement across plant and commercial operations.
- Design and implement KPI-based performance management systems and improvement programs.
- Handle industrial relations matters, labor compliance, BPJS administration, and employee legal documentation.
- Oversee compensation & benefits administration, payroll coordination, and retention initiatives.
- Supervise General Affairs activities including office facilities, vendor coordination, and operational support services.
- Collaborate closely with management, production, and finance teams to support organizational effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or retail industries.
- Minimum 3 years in managerial or leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations.
- Good understanding of labor law, payroll processes, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience supervising General Affairs functions and operational support teams.
- Professional-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
