The Digital Operations & Automation Specialist is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for building, optimizing, and integrating the company’s internal digital operations ecosystem. This role functions as a strategic systems architect focused on workflow optimization, operational automation, centralized data management, and cross-platform integration.
The position requires a highly analytical and operationally minded professional capable of transforming fragmented workflows into streamlined, scalable, and automated digital systems that improve efficiency across departments including Construction, Sales, Hospitality, and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, optimize, and manage Monday.com as the company’s centralized operational management platform, including automation structures, tracking systems, and workflow dependencies.
- Design and maintain a centralized SharePoint document management ecosystem with secure, scalable, and highly organized information architecture.
- Develop and implement integrations between Monday.com, SharePoint, Slack, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and other operational platforms to improve data synchronization and reduce manual work.
- Build and execute workflow automations using middleware platforms such as Zapier, Make/Integromat, and API-based integrations.
- Implement Generative AI solutions to automate repetitive operational processes, including automated documentation, communication workflows, and meeting-to-task conversion systems.
- Create operational dashboards, reporting structures, and executive visibility tools to support real-time business monitoring and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to identify workflow inefficiencies, map operational pain points, and design scalable internal business processes.
- Support cross-functional digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units within the organization.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in systems optimization, workflow automation, digital operations infrastructure, or process engineering roles.
- Proven experience operating within fast-growing startups, scale-up environments, or dynamic multi-business organizations.
- Prior experience supporting operational systems within real estate development, property management, hospitality, agencies, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in configuring and managing Monday.com and SharePoint for enterprise collaboration and workflow management.
- Advanced capability in workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make/Integromat, middleware integrations, and API connectivity.
- Practical experience integrating Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools into operational business workflows.
- Strong strategic thinking capability with the ability to translate complex business operations into scalable digital systems and practical automation solutions.
- Highly independent, proactive, and capable of operating effectively within fast-moving and ambiguous business environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and drive system adoption.
- Professional working fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
