Job Role
EXIM & Logistics Manager responsible for leading end-to-end export-import operations, international logistics, and supply chain compliance. The role ensures smooth global trade flow, financial accuracy, and regulatory compliance across Indonesian and international frameworks, while coordinating closely with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and internal departments such as finance, procurement, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end export-import operations and international shipping processes
- Manage trade documentation (invoice, BL, COO) with full financial accuracy
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs, trade laws, and regulatory systems (including SiMoDIS)
- Lead logistics planning: routing, loading/unloading, and warehouse coordination
- Optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks
- Monitor logistics vendors and external partners performance
- Support financial tracking of export income and reconciliation processes
- Provide market and pricing insights for trading and procurement decisions
- Act as key liaison between local operations and Mandarin-speaking HQ stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Management, or related field (PPJK is a plus)
- 5–7 years experience in EXIM / international logistics management
- Minimum 3 years in managerial or senior logistics role
- Experience in manufacturing or mining industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs & export-import regulations
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) and trade platforms
- Strong financial and documentation accuracy in logistics processes
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (mandatory)
- Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
