Matchr is a global embedded RPO company helping build high-performing teams for Miro, Booking.com, TikTok, Grammarly, Lyft, and more.
Our growth comes from building relationships with the right leaders, hosting intimate events, and running highly targeted outreach.
We are looking for a junior, extremely structured and organized operator who can keep this engine running.
This role is part operations, part coordination, part outreach and nearly all about precision, follow-through, and planning.
What this role is really about
You will make sure the right people are invited, followed up with, scheduled, tracked, and engaged.
You will keep everything organised so the CEO, Sales, and Marketing team can do their best work.
You do not need senior experience.
You do need to be fast, structured, detail-obsessed, and proactive.
What you will own
1. Targeting & Outreach Support (70% of your time)
Keep our ICP lists up to date (C-level HR & Talent leaders)
Build target lists for outreach and events
Keep Hubspot (our CRM) up to date and follow through on all the actions and tasks.
Coordinate who should be contacted by whom (CEO, Sales, Marketing)
Help schedule podcasts, meetings, intro calls, follow-ups
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks ever
2. Event Coordination (30%)
Build invite lists for intimate dinners and roundtables
Send invites, track RSVPs, and manage confirmations
Coordinate logistics: name tags, seating, flow, reminders, follow-ups
Support sponsors with clear and timely communication
Ensure events run smoothly from planning to follow-up
You’re a great fit if you
- Love structure, organization, and checklists. You are the person your friends go to, to organize a trip and trust you to keep their passports.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Enjoy supporting senior leaders behind the scenes and work well with others
- Like working with details and multiple moving pieces. You are the kind of person that has a clean and well organized desktop
Takes responsibility and don’t need reminders
- Have an affinity for automation and like making processes faster, smoother, and more efficient
- Want a role with real exposure but don’t want to be in a senior commercial position yet
Nice to have (not required)
Experience with outreach, scheduling, coordination, or events
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or HR/Recruitment environments
Experience working with senior stakeholders
