As Matchr is expanding now we are looking for a colleague to join us in Amsterdam to do recruitment and business development tasks in the Dutch market.

The role:

This opportunity is for you if you are passionate to build up a career in recruitment and you are not afraid of going out to market to find potential clients to grow the business either.

Your impact:

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will help interim professionals develop their freelance careers and clients expand their projects. You map out the wishes of our customers (sales) and look for suitable candidates (recruitment).You are responsible for building, managing and expanding your own portfolio of clients and candidates, which are exclusively aimed at talents in the IT field.

• Good command of both the Dutch and English language,
