What we do

We provide sourcing and recruitment services to our clients. Our sourcers in MatcHR are working under an embedded model. This means that they are part of the client's recruitment team and fully dedicated to them. Some of our clients include Tik Tok, Miro, Smily among other great companies.

‍ Sourcers mission

Our Sourcers are on a mission to turn people into candidates for our clients. To achieve this, our dedicated sourcers are working together with our team of Sourcers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to fully understand the needs of our clients and find the right candidates for them. They are constantly looking for new ways to find and engage with candidates and stand out.
