What do we do:

We provide our clients with embedded sourcing and recruitment services on a subscription-based model. We work for start-ups, scale-ups and corporates typically in the technology domain. Our clients include TikTok, Miro, Eneco, Deel, Stripe and Booking.com.

We are a fully remote company with people working from 15 countries spread over 3 continents.

Currently we are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Sourcer.

Your Impact @ Matchr:

In your role as a Senior Sourcer, you are on a mission to turn candidates into hires, work as an individual contributor with a very strong focus on delivering top candidates to one of the fastest growing companies in the world.

What you will be bringing to Matchr:

  • Relevant capability (3+ years) in hiring tech and/ or non tech (sales, commercials, marketing) roles.
  • Experience working in a high growth environment, a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Background in recruiting in the European market and collaboration with international clients.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • German Speaking is a must.
