The Role:

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Senior Talent Partner to join one of our clients, either in Stockholm or Dublin. This role requires an individual who can balance strategic hiring capabilities with hands-on execution across a wide range of functions. You will support professional hiring across 13 markets, working in a fast-paced, process-complex environment and partnering with stakeholders at all levels, from entry-level contributors to senior leadership. Our client has a hybrid setup, with 3 days a week spent onsite to stay connected with the team.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of professional roles across multiple European markets.
  • Manage both commercial hiring needs and contribute to technical hiring (e.g. AI/ML, Data Science, Threat Intelligence, Product) as required.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders up to director level, ensuring clear communication, strong expectation management, and trusted advisory support.
  • Operate autonomously in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with shifting priorities and limited structure.
  • Develop thoughtful, detailed, and actionable solutions to hiring challenges, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Drive results through effective prioritisation and rigorous process diligence.
  • Balance one-off niche hiring with scaled recruitment efforts, adapting approach as needed.
  • Execute advanced sourcing strategies across a broad toolkit, going far beyond post and pray methods and leveraging creative, out-of-the-box sourcing channels.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, process compliance, and documentation.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter or talent acquisition partner across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate confidently at all organisational levels.
  • Demonstrated autonomy, adaptability, and ability to ramp up quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Track record of delivering results in both high-volume and specialised hiring contexts.
  • Sophisticated sourcing expertise, including use of diverse tools and methods beyond standard platforms.
  • Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity, evolving processes, and organised chaos.
  • Preferably, experience working within FinTech or similarly fast-moving, complex industries.
