About the job Content Lead (B2B)
Location: Remote (Ideally CET timezone)
Type: Full-time
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Why this role exists
Matchr is building a category-level position around talent leadership focused on CHRO’s, CPO’s and Head of Recruitments. We already have strong leaders, a growing podcast, and clear points of view.
What we need now is one person who makes our thought leadership actually happen through the members of our Leadership team. You :).
This role exists to turn:
Leaders’ knowledge into publishable content
Podcast conversations into multi-channel assets
Ideas into consistent output
This is not a coordination role.
This is not a content “strategy” role.
This is a hands-on content creation role with clear ownership.
What you will own
1. Leaders in Talent podcast
You own the content lifecycle of the podcast:
- Turn every episode into:
A long-form article or editorial summary
3–5 LinkedIn posts
- Website content
Ensure episodes are actively promoted, not just published
Maintain a consistent, repeatable process per episode
- Book speakers in advance
2. Personal thought leadership content
You will tightly collaborate with our Leadership team.
WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THIS ROLE?
Your job is to:
- Together with Head of Marketing, help our Talent Directors position themselves as thought leaders in the HR/Recruitment industry
- Create content that resonates with HR/Recruitment leaders in our Talent Director’s voice and style
- Content will consist out of:
Video recording
Podcast
LinkedIn posts
Blog articles
Interviews
Whitepapers
You will draft, edit, and publish content under their names
- Invite other thought leaders to have conversations with our Talent Directors
Keep everything aligned with Matchr’s positioning
You are expected to create, write and edit yourself, including ghostwriting and publish all of this content.
3. Matchr Content
You own:
- What goes live this week
- What is missing
This includes:
Writing and editing blog posts
Repurposing existing assets
Ensuring content lands on the website and LinkedIn
- Working with marketing to schedule and distribute
What this role is not
To be explicit, this role is not for you if:
You prefer ideation over execution
You see yourself as a social media manager
You need months to “understand the brand” before producing content
- You avoid writing from rough input or ambiguity
This role requires comfort with imperfection, speed, and ownership.
What success looks like
Within the first 3–6 months:
Every podcast episode is fully repurposed and visible
At least two leaders have active, structured content pages on matchr.io
Content is published weekly without constant escalation
- Leaders say: “Wow, I am getting much more reactions on my posts and more and more people are following me”
Have 2 inbound leads
Skills and experience we are looking for
You must have:
Strong long-form writing and editing skills (B2B, leadership)
High ownership, proactiveness and thinking things through.
A very structured and process driven approach to your work
Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data
- Ability to turn insights based on our podcast and thought leadership into long form content like blogs and white papers that is relevant for our audience.
Nice to have (not required):
Experience in HR or recruitment
Experience editing video podcasts or event content
Familiarity with website CMS workflows
How we work
Strategy and systems are owned by the Head of Marketing
You own execution, structure, and momentum
You will be trusted with autonomy and accountability
We value clarity over polish and progress over perfection
How to apply
We care more about what you have shipped than polished resumes.
If you apply, be ready to show:
Content you have written or ghostwritten
Examples of podcast or interview repurposing
Proof that you can operate hands-on and independently
We look forward to your application and getting to know you in the process!
