We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join an ambitious company in Bristol.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to strengthen their team to help provide the best possible support to customers and clients in this varied and interesting role.

As a Sales Negotiator you will be:

• Book and carry out viewings on properties in the area
• Register applicants and take details, matching them to relevant properties
• Generate and book property valuations
• Negotiate offers between purchasers and vendors.
• Data collection and input strategy information to build market knowledge
• Liaise between all parties until completion of a property

You will have the following skills / experience:

• Ideally experience in a sales or customer service based job
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Motivated and enthusiastic induvial

Salary: £22,000 + Commission

OTE: £27,000 +
