As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with new and existing customers and suppliers through phone and email to deliver the best possible service.
  • Collaborating with various departments to efficiently resolve customer queries and find effective solutions.
  • Providing timely updates on orders and installations, ensuring customers are well-informed throughout the process.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting a diverse range of queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with ad hoc customer service and administrative tasks.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • A self-starting, proactive approach, coupled with a strong motivation to excel in your role.
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or transferable skills that demonstrate your ability to thrive in this position.
  • The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Salary


Competitive salary ranging from £22,000 to £24,000.
