Guest Experience Officer

 Job Description:

The Role – Principal Responsibilities

Coordinate bookings for excursions, ensuring availability, accurate guest details, and timely

confirmations.

Liaise with local tour providers to confirm schedules, pickup times, and any special guest

requirements.

Ensure smooth guest participation in excursions by managing logistics such as meeting points,

transportation, and timing.

Handle last-minute changes or cancellations, offering alternatives and maintaining guest

satisfaction.

Assist with special requests, such as private tours, accessibility needs, or multilingual guides.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all available tours, seasonal offerings, and local attractions.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within specific guidelines.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Professional telephone manner.

Trustworthy, honest, and committed, with the ability to work under pressure.

Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Minimum of a High School diploma is required, further education, particularly in tourism, would be

considered an advantage.

Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written). Proficiency in additional

languages is advantageous.

Experience in a similar role within the travel & tourism industry shall be considered an advantage.

Remuneration

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant based on his/her qualifications and experience about  1400 gross.
