In this high-impact role, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring that our world-class hospitality standards are mirrored in our employee experience and organizational excellence.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

You will serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business leaders, bridging the gap between corporate strategy and day-to-day operations.

Key Duties Include:

  • Employee Relations: Lead the resolution of workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters with a focus on mediation and conflict resolution.
  • Policy Oversight: Monitor, interpret, and enforce HR policies while identifying opportunities for improvements and creative enhancements to our procedures.
  • Talent Management: Execute and recommend management policies regarding the full employment cycle—from hiring and re-assignment to disciplinary actions and departures.
  • Strategic Integration: Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, and HR Analytics teams to drive a unified, world-class HR strategy.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify recurring workplace trends and develop proactive analytical approaches to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Compliance & External Relations: Maintain positive relationships with external bodies, including Social Insurance Services and the Department of Labour Inspection, ensuring full compliance with equal opportunity policies.
  • System Management: Implement and oversee systems to track and manage critical documentation associated with the HR business process.

Who You Are

We are looking for a highly influential leader who can navigate the complexities of a large-scale hospitality environment with discretion and initiative.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Background: A minimum of 10 years of HR experience in a large-scale hotel organization (this is reduced to 5 years if your experience was at a Managerial level).
  • Education: Graduate degree in HR, Business Management, or Hospitality. A Postgraduate degree or CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
  • Linguistic Mastery: Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
  • Legal Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of Cyprus Labour Law.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and significant experience with HRIS systems.
  • Competencies: You are a detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and communicate effectively with stakeholders at every level, from frontline staff to senior executives.
