Junior IT / IT Support Engineer


Typical Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Assist with user account management (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Maintain IT documentation and update inventory records.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
  • Support software updates, patches, and endpoint security tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common office applications (Microsoft Office, email clients).
  • Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English.
  • Valid driving license.

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+).
  • 0–2 years of IT experience, including internships or hands-on lab work.
  • Knowledge of Jira ticketing systems will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours:
9:00 am – 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break & 30 mins tea break).

Renumeration Package:

€1500-€2000 based on qualifications and experience
