We are currently looking for a passionate, skilled Barista / Espresso Specialist to elevate our coffee program and craft unforgettable experiences for our guests.

The Role

As our Espresso Specialist, you will be the guardian of our coffee quality. You won't just be "making coffee"—you will be dialing in flavor profiles, perfecting latte art, and acting as a coffee sommelier for guests who appreciate the finer things.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft premium espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and signature beverages to the highest specialty standards.
• Calibrate, grind, and dial-in espresso machines daily, managing extraction variables (weight, time, temperature).
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene at the brew bar and espresso station.
• Share your knowledge of coffee origins, blends, and tasting notes with curious guests.
• Collaborate with the floor and bar teams to ensure seamless, high-end hospitality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Barista in a specialty café or high-end hospitality environment.
• Technical Skill: Deep understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art. Knowledge of alternative brewing methods is a major plus.
• Hospitality Mindset: Excellent communication skills, a groomed appearance, and a warm, professional demeanor.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; Greek is highly advantageous.
• Flexibility: Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule within our operational hours (8:00 AM – Midnight).
