Job Opportunity: Marketing & Administration Officer

Location: Limassol

Are you passionate about the world of spirits, fine wine, and hospitality? We are seeking a multi-talented Marketing & Administration Officer to join our team, supporting both our premium Cava and our Bartending School.

The ideal candidate will be the "bridge" between our back-office operations and our public image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Social Media: Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), create engaging content, and coordinate promotions for retail products and school courses.
  • School Administration: Manage student registrations, schedules, and certifications for the Bartending School.
  • Customer Relations: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries (phone/email/social media) regarding both the Cava and School programs.
  • General Admin: Assist with invoicing, inventory tracking coordination, and basic office management tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in Marketing, Social Media Management, or Administrative support.
  • Languages: Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and verbal).
  • Digital Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and social media tools (Canva or basic design skills are a huge plus).
  • Personality: Highly organized, creative mindset, and strong communication skills.
  • Passion: An interest in the beverage industry/mixology is considered a significant advantage.
