ASSISTANT CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working within the Corporate Department
- Preparation and handling of the submissions at the Registrar of Companies, in Cyprus
- Preparation of documents for opening of bank accounts/communication with Financial Institutions
- Communication with clients, government authorities, and other authorities
- Collection of KYC documents from clients
- Performing research and preparing reports
- Arranging For execution, certification, apostille, and notarization of documents
- Providing assistance to internal lawyers
- Updating clients files and records, both physical and digital filing systems
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Team player with pleasant personality, good communication skills, reliable, paying attention to detail, able to work under pressure
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Strong interpersonal skills, motivation, professional discipline
- Previous experience in a Corporate environment
- A relevant university degree (e.g. business administration)
- Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel etc
- Excellent command English language, both verbal and written, Greek and any other language would be an advantage
