ASSISTANT CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working within the Corporate Department
  • Preparation and handling of the submissions at the Registrar of Companies, in Cyprus
  • Preparation of documents for opening of bank accounts/communication with Financial Institutions
  • Communication with clients, government authorities, and other authorities
  • Collection of KYC documents from clients
  • Performing research and preparing reports
  • Arranging For execution, certification, apostille, and notarization of documents
  • Providing assistance to internal lawyers
  • Updating clients files and records, both physical and digital filing systems


CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Team player with pleasant personality, good communication skills, reliable, paying attention to detail, able to work under pressure
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Strong interpersonal skills, motivation, professional discipline
  • Previous experience in a Corporate environment
  • A relevant university degree (e.g. business administration)
  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel etc
  • Excellent command English language, both verbal and written, Greek and any other language would be an advantage
