ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FOR ACCOUNTING/AUDIT DEPARTMENT

THE POSITION

The suitable person for the position is the one that ensures that clients receive maximum quality in support in all administrative matters, especially within accounting and audit. A number of clients are companies or associations with voluntary staff without professional administrative training, doing the which means a lot of training and su[revisois needed ondistance by YOU via Skype, Team Viewer, Teams, Zoom etc.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCES

- Ability to take the full responsibility for own area, tasks and

production as well as the Companys tasks and production

- A high degree of ability and interest to fit well into an international small team of co-employees is a must

- Ability to perform with a high level of communication, empathy, openness and interest on distance via skype/zoom/email teaching non-European clients learning to do administration tasks such as accounting, audit etc

- A high level of interest in getting to know well the Companys international clients and their work and circumstances is needed

- Performing at all times with the highest ethics towards clients, team members and management always communicating with a humble, kind and professional attitude

- Languages: English is a must, Greek is preferred - being able to speak

or at some point ready to learn Portuguese or Spanish is considered

an advantage

- Used to taking full responsibility for clients accounting and audit is

considered an advantage

- If you want to go the usual career path for accountants and auditors,

this position is probably not for you

- If you plan to leave this position after a few years to pursue greener

pastures elsewhere, this position is also not for you - this is

considered a long term position

- University degree in accounting, auditing or other related discipline is a must or very much an advantage unless experiences make up for it

- Digital knowledge and abilities:

Excel, Word, Adobe, Publisher

Communication via digital means

Knowledge of QuickBooks Bookkeeping is an advantage

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES CONCRETELY

- Every month support an average of 25 international clients in their internal financial auditing, control of vouchers, control of reconciliation and control of updated cash flow on distance

- Support the yearly audit in timely fashion for our international clients

- Keeping digital archive up to date at all times

- Co-operate smoothly with the rest of the Team about these tasks through daily, weekly and monthly meetings, discussion of plans etc

- Communicate weekly/monthly in a very professional manner with 1-2 key persons from each of our

- Instruct clients via Team Viewer or Zoom or Skype in digital tasks and bookkeeping

Reports to Management

Time Schedule 08.00-16.30 Monday-Thursday (w 30 min lunch break)

08.00-14.00 Friday (with no lunch break)
