CONSULTANT ADMINISTRATOR POSITION

(ACCOUNTANCY and/or AUDIT)

THE POSITION

The Company is an administration consultancy carrying out Support Services for international clients, all living outside Cyprus, a number of them living outside Europe. The position is a newly developed position it will continue to be under development for some time also during your start up in this position. So be prepared for tasks and responsibilities to develop and change along the way.

The position constitutes three integral parts:

  1. Supporting international clients in matters of administration and consultancy regarding what in short can be called their Wealth Management strategy
  2. Executing monthly and yearly administrative controls of some small companies situated in developing countries
  3. Carry out regular accountancy and audit preparations for our Cyprus company.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCES

- Ability to work independently and take the full responsibility for own area, tasks and production priorities as well as the Companys tasks and production

- A high degree of ability and interest to fit well into an international small team of co-employees is a must

- A high level of interest in getting to know well the Companys international clients and their work and circumstances is needed

- Performing at all times with the highest ethics towards clients, team members and management always communicating with a humble, kind and professional attitude

- Not being scared of huge new challenges expect everything you meet and need to do to be different from, what you learnt and tried so far

- Languages: English is a must, Greek is preferred - being able to speak or at some point ready to learn Portuguese or Spanish is considered an advantage

- Used to taking full responsibility for clients administration, accounting and audit is considered an advantage

- University degree in accounting and auditing is an advantage

- Digital knowledge and abilities:

Excel, Word, Publisher, Adobe

Communication via digital means

Knowledge of QuickBooks Bookkeeping is an advantage

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES CONCRETELY

- Every month communicate with Clients and administrative tasks to be done, and taking care of these tasks

- Every year make the following years task list and time plan for Wealth Management tasks

- Every month support app 10 international clients doing internal audit, control of vouchers, control of reconciliation, control of updated cash flow on distance, control of payroll

- Support the yearly audit timely for app 10 international clients

- Keeping digital archive up to date at all times

- Co-operate smoothly with the rest of the Team through daily, weekly

and monthly meetings, discussion of plans etc

- Communicate weekly/monthly in a professional manner with people

in developing countries regarding administration of each of the app

10 clients

- Keeping management informed producing good overviews of the

developments for each client in order to decide pursuing the best

way forward when issues

- Being able to do all tasks regarding invoicing, payments, payroll, HR,

VAT, accounting and preparation for audit of the Cyprus company

itself

Time Schedule 08.00-16.30 Monday-Thursday (w 30 min lunch break)

08.00-14.00 Friday (with no lunch break)
