Accounting Administration Consultant
Job Description:
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES CONCRETELY
- Every month support 10-15 international clients doing internal audit, review of vouchers, review of payroll, review of reconciliation, review of updated cash flow
- Assisting with Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings
- Assisting with Grant Applications and Grant Reports
- Support the yearly audit timely for our international clients
- Keep systematic overviews of all administrational matters for the international clients
- Keeping digital archive up to date at all times.
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCES
- Minimum 5-10 years experiences taking full responsibility for clients administration, accounting/audit incl monthly review of same
- 3-5 years Bookkeeping experience is needed
- 3-5 years Audit experience is an advantage
- University degree in accounting/auditing/business administration is an advantage
- High ability to think, analyse, plan and work systematically needed
- Languages: Advanced level of written and spoken English is needed
- Ability to be motivated about your work and take the full responsibility for own area and tasks
- A high degree of ability and interest to fit well into an international small team of co-employees is a must
- Ability to perform with a high level of communication, empathy, openness and interest on distance towards clients via digital means
Digital knowledge and abilities:
- Excel, Word, Adobe
- Communication via digital means
- Knowledge of E-Soft and QuickBooks Bookkeeping is an advantage
Reports to Management
Time Schedule 08.00-16.30 Monday-Thursday (w 30 min lunch break)
08.00-14.00 Friday (with no lunch break)
Salary According to qualifications and experiences : 1700 - 2100 per month
