Sales & Business Development Representative (HORECA)
Location: Limassol / District-wide
Our company, a leading Cava and Bartending School, is expanding its distribution network. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to promote our premium portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) sector.
The Role:
Your mission is to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Hotel Managers, Bar Managers, F&B Directors) and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and approach new HORECA clients in Limassol and surrounding areas.
- Portfolio Promotion: Present and sell our range of premium spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic mixers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular visits and excellent after-sales support.
- Product Training: Coordinate with our Bartending School to offer product masterclasses and tastings to client staff.
- Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the HORECA or FMCG industry.
- Network: An existing network of contacts in the Limassol hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in both Greek and English.
- Mobility: Valid drivers license (essential for client visits).
- Personality: Self-motivated, outgoing, and professional with a passion for the drinks industry.
