Comprehensive Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of a comprehensive information security strategy, covering everything from cloud defense to regulatory compliance.
Key Duties Include:
- Technical Administration: Manage and troubleshoot a sophisticated stack of on-premise and cloud security tools, including DLP, Web Security Gateways, Vulnerability Management, PIM/PAM, IAM, EDR, APT, and CASB.
- Risk & Privacy Management: Perform high-level Risk Assessments and Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA) on new systems and corporate initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in long-term security planning based on industry best practices to prioritize defense initiatives and evaluate future technologies.
- Architecture Review: Lead security assessments on new projects, ensuring that architecture design, data protection, and compliance frameworks meet our rigorous standards.
- Operational Auditing: Conduct periodic and on-demand system audits, vulnerability assessments, and ensure that findings from "Red Team" activities are remediated swiftly.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce global security policies based on ISO27001, NIST, and PCI standards, ensuring compliance with GDPR and SOX requirements.
- Liaison & Support: Act as a security consultant for Business Units, IT Engagement, and PMO teams to ensure security is "baked-in" to the project life cycle.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Background: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Information and Cyber Security.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and a solid understanding of network design, the OSI model, and TCP/IP.
- Security Tooling: Proven experience with tools such as AV, EDR, Email Security, and CASB. Knowledge of encryption (PKI, SSL/TLS) and Web security (OWASP Top 10) is essential.
- Framework Knowledge: Deep familiarity with NIST, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001/27701, and GDPR.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- Certifications (Highly Desirable): Professional designations such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, or CISM. Certifications in Privacy (CIPP/E, CDPO) or vendor-specific technical certificates are a major advantage.
