Job Title: Maintenance & Property Handyman (3 Positions Available)

We are seeking three reliable, energetic, and skilled Handymen to join a leading Property Management team. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for ensuring our portfolio of properties is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing general repairs and maintenance (plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and painting).
• Handling power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conducting routine property inspections and fixing issues as they arise.
• Responding to emergency repair requests from tenants or management.

Requirements:

• Technical Skill: Proven experience in general maintenance or construction. You should be comfortable "getting your hands dirty" and using various tools.
• Driving License: A valid Cyprus Driving License is mandatory (you will be moving between properties).
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Communication: Basic Greek or English to coordinate with the management office.
• Physical Fitness: The role involves physical labor, lifting, and active movement throughout the day.
