Overview
Our clients are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The BCBA will play a crucial role in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans for their clients, conducting assessments, and providing behavior analysis services. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the BCBA will ensure the highest standard of care for their clients, empowering them to achieve their full potential through evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining BACB ethical standards, possess strong leadership skills, and have a deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ensuring exceptional service delivery and effective collaboration with client families and our team.
Responsibilities
- Design and supervise evidence-based behavioral intervention programs tailored to each client's needs, utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
