Mobile Maintenance Support (Jura)

Location:  High Wycombe, Amersham and Evesham area

Job type: Permanent, full time

Salary: starting at £21,840 per annum plus a performance bonus scheme

This role involves visiting our photo vending machines across a pre-determined area on a weekly basis in line with the needs of the business. You will be working with several types of photo processing equipment and will be an ambassador for the Max Spielmann (and Timpson Group) brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• To replenish and re-stock the photo vending machines and ensure adequate supplies of consumables are maintained, ensuring down time is kept to a minimum and each concession is running at optimum usage
• To carry appropriate stock and keep spares to ensure material usage is optimised.
• To carry out cash removals and deposits according to Company Policy
• To carry out basic maintenance and repairs on our equipment
• To ensure our equipment is kept in good condition and is clean and ready for our customers to use
• To ensure that any and all point of sale signage is visible and in good repair
• To be helpful and friendly towards all colleagues and customers, and to provide them with fast, efficient and friendly service
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the Store Manager and store colleagues who you will meet as part of your role

Key Requirements:

• 
  
  • Good basic understanding of computers
    
  • Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills
    
  • Must be flexible, reliable and be able to work with minimum supervision
    
  • Must have full UK driving license

How success is measured:

• Customer feedback and feedback from the customer service department for each concession.
• Levels of concession down-time
• Frequency of customer refunds
• Efficiency of the concessions on your area
• Spot checks of sites

The role attracts the use of a Company Van, as travel is required within the area, with occasional overnight stopovers. The successful applicant will be incentivised with a bonus scheme related to the performance of their area of machines.
