MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is looking for a Senior Data Architect to join a major Data Transformation initiative for a global company in the food and consumer goods industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing international team and contribute to the evolution of a modern data ecosystem leveraging Snowflake, dbt, dimensional modeling, Semantic Layers and Artificial Intelligence.

We are looking for a senior professional with a strong background in Data Architecture and Data Engineering, capable of combining architectural vision with hands-on technical expertise to design scalable, reliable and business-oriented data solutions.

THE CHALLENGE

You will play an active role in the design, definition and evolution of the data architecture, contributing to strategic transformation and modernization initiatives.

The position requires close collaboration across Architecture, Engineering, Analytics and Business teams, with direct involvement in technical decisions that impact scalability, performance and the overall quality of the data platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and evolve modern data architectures.
• Contribute to data transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Define scalable, reliable and maintainable data solutions.
• Design and evolve dimensional data models for analytics and business consumption.
• Work extensively with Snowflake.
• Build and support transformation processes using dbt.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of Semantic Layers.
• Participate in initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence within the data ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, Analytics and Business teams.
• Promote best practices related to architecture, scalability, performance and data quality.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Senior-level experience in Data Architecture and/or Data Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architecture principles and patterns.
• Proven hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Experience working with dbt.
• Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling.
• Experience with Semantic Layers.
• Knowledge and practical exposure to Artificial Intelligence in data environments.
• Ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary technology environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English is required, as the role involves regular interaction within an international environment.
