Estimator/Project Manager

College Degree Preferred

• 1-3 years office environment experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
  
  

Expected Duties After Training

Estimate and bid painting, wallcovering, wall protection and fabric-wrapped panel scope. Attend job walks.

• Knowledge of paint products and wall finish systems.
• Actively follow-up with general contractors for bids results and manage client needs and expectations.
• Have a positive, sales-oriented, solution focused attitude.
• Ability to manage, contract and coordinate subcontractors.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Superb time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
