Concrete Finishing Project Manager Job Description

Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and with the ability to multi-task as well as to solve simple problems.

Range of responsibilities will include:

• Estimate and bid Concrete Floor Treatment scope of work.
• Scopes include: polished, sealed and/or stained concrete; decorative chip/quartz broadcast concrete patching/repair; cementitious coatings; joint filling; epoxy/polyurethane coatings
• Build outstanding relationships with general contractors and communicate with them throughout all phases of the project.
• Actively follow-up with general contractors and direct clients
• Create and frequently update work order forms to properly coordinate field operations.
• Preparing and submitting RFI's and Change Order requests.
• Maintain project documentations throughout the duration of the project with proper notes and backups.
• Submittal of close out documents.
• Capable of reading plans, doing simple take-offs, estimating, and monitors costs and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook), OnScreen take-off software or equal
• 3 years project management experience
• Spanish Speaking is a plus
• Estimating experience preferred
