Drawing on the expertise of a full-time, in-house staff of over 35 professionals including engineers, architects, attorneys, certified public accountants, field inspectors and claims experts  is well positioned to offer specialized consulting and litigation support services to the Surety and Construction Management industries.



    Job Responsibilities Include:

    • Architectural and construction evaluation based on standards, practices, and applicable codes.
    • Drafting of construction documents in AutoCAD & Revit.
    • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, and recognition of both contract / code concerns.
    • Construction administration inclusive of generation and/or review of: submittals, RFIs, change orders, payment requisitions, field reports, etc.
    • Preparation of detailed technical reports.
    • Involvement in the construction management operations.
    • Analysis and estimating of construction costs.
    • Communication with general contractors and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and scheduling.
    • Develop or review of project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

    Desired Skills and Qualifications Include:

    • Professional degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
    • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
    • Construction / project management experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
    • Familiarity with cost estimating & documentation tools: R.S. Means, Planswift, The Blue Book B&CN.
    • Working knowledge of construction scheduling & project management tools including: MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Procore, Plangrid, Bluebeam.
    • Strong computer skills in Microsoft and Adobe suites.
    • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
