The Restoration Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of mitigation projects from start to finish. This includes managing field crews, communicating with clients and insurance adjusters, estimating jobs, ensuring job profitability, and maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of restoration projects (water, fire, mold, storm, etc.).
- Coordinate and supervise technicians, subcontractors, and vendors on multiple job sites.
- Perform job walks, inspections, and scope development with adjusters, property owners, and consultants.
- Create and manage detailed job estimates/Invoices using Xactimate software.
- Monitor job progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance representatives, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards (IICRC, OSHA, etc.).
- Document all phases of the project and maintain accurate job files.
- Handle change orders, supplements, and project billing in a timely manner.
- Provide regular status updates to clients, team members, and management.
- Respond to emergency calls and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Rebutaling and justifying invoices as necessary to settle and confirm payment is being issued.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management within the restoration industry.
- Strong knowledge of mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction practices.
- Proficient in Xactimate (Level 2 or higher preferred).
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
