We are seeking a Veterinary Dentist to help build and launch a dedicated dentistry service within a growing ER and specialty hospital. This role offers the rare opportunity to shape protocols, select equipment, and develop a team that reflects your vision for dental excellence.

Role Highlights

Facility & Resources
  • 6,180 sq. ft. state-of-the-art ER and specialty hospital
  • On-site CT scanner, digital radiography, ultrasound, and endoscopy
  • Fully equipped surgical suites
  • Advanced equipment, including Snyder oxygen cages, LigaSure, PoliPhase sealant, GIA stapler, and transfusion capabilities
  • 24/7 patient monitoring and critical care
  • Chemotherapy and immunotherapy services
  • Isolation ward for infectious disease cases
  • Highly trained Licensed Veterinary Technicians and support staff
Candidate Profile
  • DVM or equivalent
  • AVDC Board-Certified Diplomate or residency-trained veterinarian with practice limited to dentistry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Interest in growing and developing a dentistry service
  • Commitment to high medical standards and positive team culture
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary $150,000–$222,000 + 25% production (negotiable, no negative accrual)
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
