Overview
Seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist to identify, evaluate, prevent, and control workplace environmental hazards that may impact employee health, safety, and well-being. This role supports occupational health and safety initiatives in a regulated industrial environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000–$130,000 (based on experience)

Monday–Thursday onsite, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related science/engineering field
- Industrial Hygienist III: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Industrial Hygienist IV: Minimum 9 years of relevant experience
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and control workplace environmental hazards
- Conduct exposure assessments for noise, lead, asbestos, ventilation, lighting, and other occupational risks
- Recommend and implement hazard control measures
- Collaborate with safety, medical, and management teams to improve workplace safety
- Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and corrective action recommendations
- Conduct industrial hygiene audits and program assessments
- Deliver employee training on occupational health and safety
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene principles, practices, and applicable regulations
- Ability to independently manage complex assignments and exercise sound judgment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities with all organizational levels
Additional Requirements

- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check
