Bilingual Pharmacy Store Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Pharmacy Manager to join our independent pharmacy team. This role combines retail pharmacy operations with business development responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both customer-facing and growth-driven environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong retail experience, a background in sales or marketing, and the ability to help expand the pharmacy's presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day retail pharmacy operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support patient needs.
  • Promote the pharmacy business through weekly outreach and marketing efforts (1 day per week dedicated to promotion).
  • Support business development initiatives, including partnerships and community engagement.
  • Leverage sales and networking skills to drive growth and increase customer base.
  • Assist with marketing projects and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • Strong experience in retail operations, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
  • Background in sales, business development, or marketing (sales manager experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability in networking and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time Position
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
