General Manager – Hospitality & Coffee Operations
Compensation: Up to $70,000 base salary + performance bonus
Schedule: Daytime hours only (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | Closed Sundays
Position Overview
Seeking a purpose-driven General Manager to lead an inclusive hospitality concept focused on accessibility, belonging, and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations with a strong leadership presence
- Recruit, coach, and develop diverse teams across varying ability levels

- Drive operational performance across sales, labor, and execution
- Ensure a consistent and elevated guest experience
- Promote patience, adaptability, accessibility, and team support
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in coffee, restaurant, or hospitality operations
- Comfortable working with and supporting individuals with disabilities
