About the Role
This position supports a civil litigation practice focused on insurance defense. The Senior Associate Attorney plays a key role in handling time-sensitive conditional demands while working closely with senior attorneys, clients, and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely legal responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead responses to time-limited conditional demands
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, affidavits, contracts, and settlement agreements
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis in support of demand responses
- Identify and analyze legal conflicts; advise clients and negotiate resolutions
- Communicate clearly with attorneys, paralegals, and clients, including non-legal stakeholders
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of demand response files
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills

5–7 years of recent insurance defense experience

Active Georgia Bar admission

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities

Self-starter with the ability to meet strict deadlines

Ability to meet established billing expectations
