Project Manager – Construction
Overview
The Project Manager (PM) leads project teams to successfully deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality results. The PM builds strong client and stakeholder relationships, motivates and mentors the team, manages risks, and ensures projects align with company values and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead tactical project execution, including approach and deliverables
- Direct and motivate team members and trade partners to achieve schedule, budget, and quality goals
- Manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
- Develop project budgets, cost control, change management, manpower/resource planning, and financial projections
- Coordinate master scheduling with the superintendent and trade partners
- Implement quality control, safety, and environmental programs
- Lead project communications, risk management, and issue resolution with stakeholders
- Mentor and supervise Project Engineers, Field Engineers, Team Coordinators, and Project Accountants
- Participate in business development, proposals, estimating, presentations, and client relationship building
- Attend conferences, tradeshows, and community events

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of construction project experience
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage diverse personalities
- Knowledge of QSP, SWPPP, LEED, and sustainability is a plus
- Familiarity with Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Revit, SketchUp,
- AutoCAD, Primavera, Navisworks, Microsoft Project, or Viewpoint is a plus

Salary range: $125,000 – $150,000 per year (excluding bonus/benefits)
